Its the day i decided to make my muscles more conspicuous by making them look bulky. Basically, I'm trying to buff up. I started out with the schedule I used to follow last year - biceps chest and shoulders on Mondays/ traps and back on Wednesdays/ Legs and abs on Fridays. I usually start working out every summer and last for about 3 months and when i attain that weight i want, I tend to slack off and eventually stop from exercising. Then gradually i lose weight then start all over again. Its an annual cycle :D Exercising is not really my thing. Unfortunate for me I'm naturally skinny and I have to maintain this huge amount of diet and a debilitating workout schedule on a daily basis just to remain bigger. And of all the sports I literally got addicted to, it had to be badminton - one of the best sports to decrease weight.
Actually, i usually decide to gain mass whenever my friends start to notice how skinny I'm getting. Sometimes i don't know what I should do to myself, People would say i should gain some weight na, and when I do, they'd be like, "hey cut the calories, your fat" and they say it like its a bad thing. haaay naku, pleasing people could often make you go crazy. No wonder they also keep saying be 'true to yourself'.
Anyhoo, I personally think its better for me to start the 'buff program'. Well, I'm really not looking foreward to "buffing" up, I'm not really aiming for Mr. Universe, i just like to keep it lean and toned.
If you havn't noticed, they literally look like shit walking around in bikinis. To illustrate it more further, think about your own shit. Now imagine it with bikini briefs. Ring any bell? Told you.
So now, the worst food im eating is a can of tuna every night, a glass of milk (i abhor milk), and an egg every morning (fyi, an egg a day is healthy and safe.)
Hopefully I'd be able to tone up a bit in about a month. will be posting pictures. *LOLz*
